wild juniper berries from the valley
but if thoroughly decanted
and a tiny percentage of old vine Pardillo and young Garnacha
with silky tannins
Gerard Boulay 'La Côte' Sancerre, 2022 shandy This wine is mostly MencíaThis special bottling is made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc. We love it paired with vindaloo chicken and anything with goat cheese. Boulays parcel in La Grande Cte is one of three designated Crus of Chavignol and is reputed for producing wines of incredible precision. Vintage 2010 was the inaugural release. VERY age worthy!
