The Pretexto white is a blend of the traditional grapes from high altitude vines and granitic soils of Do wine region. It has a delicate palate of white peach and green apple, and balanced acidity and creaminess. It pairs well with rich flavorful foods, and we would recommend it with a Marscapone and ramp mafalda with red pepper flakes.
