Pair it with fried shrimp braised with arak, a distilled spirit made from Obedi grapes. The wine is soft and aromatic, with delicate acidity coming from vineyards 1,200 1,600 meters above sea level. 8 months of lees aging also adds some roundness, texture, and interesting aromatics to this Sauvignon dominant blend. Obedi is high in sugar and low in acidity, contributing honey and lemon curd to
