Yves Duport Chardonnay Bugey, 2023 japanese whisky dreamt of finding a formulaFrom vines planted on calcareous clay soils and aged between 25 30 years. Harvested in September with one month temperature controlled fermentation in 50hl steel with ambient yeasts. Aged on lees in steel for 10 months. Filtered.
